All Items in CMS Enterprise Connect have a standard shipping and handling cost, with the following exception (Plasma and some LCD Television that requires special shipping), Via UPS ground to 50 lower states. Additional Insurance is optional.
Some orders are processed immediately and shipped within an estimated average of 3-5 business(M-F) days after payments have been received.
Depending on the type of goods or products some items will need to be "FOB Shipping" or "FOB Destination". After leaving the FOB warehouse you will receive a tracking number to follow your order on or about the 5th business day. With exception of orders to Alaska & Hawaii, all orders are shipped ground.
During the months of November, December, and January we experience high volumes, and processing times may be up to an estimated 5-6 business (M-F) days and you will receive your tracking number on the 7th business day. Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS or FedEx Ground service.
Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules. We have not established guaranteed shipments by holidays as they may not be able to honor them. Please make sure to place your orders and submit payment as soon as possible so that your order may be shipped out in a timely manner.
After payments for orders are received and verified, your order will be processed. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped. *Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted the order in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
Orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx Ground. These carriers are currently our only options for shipping. Special orders or Oversized/Overweight Orders may be shipped using a different carrier. You will find out if your order was shipped using a different carrier, the customer will be sent an email letting them know.
Unfortunately, at this time we have strict rules about using other accounts for shipping other than their own. This is to further ensure your package does arrive on schedule without damage.
CMS Enterprise Connect is currently unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses. Because we only ship using DHL, UPS, and FedEx Ground, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or other Military Addresses. We do require all "ship-to addresses" to be actual street addresses. We currently ship within the Continental United States, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii and we are unable ship to international locations.
Some heavy or large items, which are identified as oversize will have special shipping and handling costs. We will then let you know the cost to ship the item via email. *Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. There are no exceptions. They can be shipped within the Continental U.S. only.
