TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, CMS Enterprise Connect shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. CMS Enterprise Connect shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. REFURBISH STATEMENT: When shopping for consumer electronics or computer related products; chances are you have seen products labeled as refurbished, re-manufactured, or re-conditioned. All three terms mean the same thing, and they refer to the product return, sent back to the manufacturer to be inspected, tested, repackaged, and resold. Refurbished products are classified as lightly used or not even used at all, and returned. The policy is "once an item is opened"; it can't legally be sold as a new product. Often returns are return back to the manufacturer to be repaired or recondition.

Most recondition (refurbish) products carry a 90-day manufacture warranty.
WARRANTY: There are no other express warranties or conditions representing the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the previous limitation may not apply to you.
REGARDING BUNDLES: Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
REBATE COUPONS: Rebate coupon redemption are limited to one per address apply only, unless otherwise noted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall CMS Enterprise Connect or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: By utilizing the CMS Enterprise Connect online payment option (“Online Payments”), I authorize CET Management Solution LLC to initiate a one-time electronic funds transfer (“Transfer”) from your credit card, checking or savings account (“Funding Account”), using the information I provide to CET Management Solution LLC, for the purpose of making a payment on the date and in the amount I specified.
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card-spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; the authorization is not a transfer of funds.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING TIME: Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to a warehouse for shipment.
NOTE - We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event, that your order is delayed or canceled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

Customers with USA billing addresses will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. However, a credit card authorization hold occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit card customers with non-USA billing addresses will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
Credit card payment declined: There are several reasons that might explain why:
The amount of the transaction exceeds the account's available credit limit.
The card on file was either renewed or voided and is no longer active.
The issuing bank has not released the initial authorization, even though CMS Enterprise Connect has already voided it and started the process of reversing the authorization. If this is the case, it can take up to 72 business hours for the funds to be put back into a customer's account. Please contact your bank to request that they remove the credit card authorization or to find out why they are declining the charge.
Check by Mail: Our check by mail process is simple. Select the item and select the ‘Mail in Your Payment’ option.
Please forward the necessary information to CMS Enterprise Connect, 6376 Richmond Rd, #334, Lightfoot, VA 23090. Packaging and shipment of your item will begin immediately upon notice to us that the check has cleared, which usually takes 3-7 business days.
For a purchase of an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through CMS Enterprise Connect platform and not “Sold and Shipped by CMS Enterprise Connect,” the available payment options may vary depending on the marketplace seller. Please note that some Marketplace sellers only accept credit cards.

UPS GROUND TRANSIT TIME: UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days; UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days; UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day depending on the destination location.
TOTAL TIME FOR PRODUCT DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES: Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the weight of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship later, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to email us. If the item(s) on your order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. GIFT CARD TERMS: Use the CMS Enterprise Connect Gift Card at any time on the web at CMS Enterprise Connect, or by calling CMS Enterprise Connect at 866-639-6507. The CMS Enterprise Connect Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only on CMS Enterprise Connect, and is not valid for CMS Enterprise Connect charge card. The Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. The value of the Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Your use of the CMS Enterprise Connect Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. A $5.00 per month service charge will be deducted from the gift card's remaining balance 12 months after purchase except where prohibited by law.
RISK OF LOSS: If the customer provides CMS Enterprise Connect with customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for CMS Enterprise Connect, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from CMS Enterprise Connect to customer upon shipment from CMS Enterprise Connect or an affiliates facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from CMS Enterprise Connect to customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CMS Enterprise Connect retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.
EXPORT REGULATIONS: If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology, and/or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by CMS Enterprise Connect or affiliates will be exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export, or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology, and/ or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea, or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be invalid for products exported outside the United States.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND AGREEMENT TO WAIVE A RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS. You and CMS Enterprise Connect agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from CMS Enterprise Connect by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in a designate location provided by CMS Enterprise Connect or its parent company. We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org .
You and CMS Enterprise Connect or affiliates agree that the Arbitration Award maybe taken to a Court of competent jurisdiction to become an enforceable judgment.
You and CMS Enterprise Connect or affiliates agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitration and class actions are not permitted. If you wish to begin arbitration against CMS Enterprise Connect, you must file a case with the American Arbitration Association. You may visit the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org to obtain forms and guidance and to learn the procedure for filing a case under this Arbitration Agreement. This Arbitration Agreement affects your legal rights. A neutral party and not a judge or jury resolves arbitration. There is less discovery and less exchange of information between the parties to an arbitration than might occur in a court proceeding. An arbitration award is final and binding and will only be overturned or reversed by a court in very-limited circumstances.
You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and CMS Enterprise Connect or departments are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
